John Mondus read the treasurer’s report –checking and savings.
Last year, the club donated $150 to Red River Riders.

UPCOMING EVENTS for 2012:

--MIDWEST HORSE FAIR, Madison, WI, on April 20, 21 & 22, “Heritage of the Horse”. Rita & John Mondus plan on bringing 8 horses, and there will be 11 stalls.
Peruvian Horses will be in BARN #1,
12:30 p.m. Sat. April 21, they will be showing in the Coliseum.
12:20 p.m. Sun. April 22, they will be showing in the Nutrena Bldg.

John & Rita need volunteers for setting up for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday—they will need people to carry things into the arena. Please let John or Rita know if you can help, by April 1st. People that are helping will need to wear wrist bands that John Mondus will provide.

For the Saturday night show, Apr. 21, Julio will be riding Galan, a Peruvian Stallion, for the gaited breed show.

--DESENSITIZING CLINIC and fun day for club members were discussed. Amanda Sefcik-Ritter will host the clinic at her farm on Saturday, June 2, 2012, (same place as last year).

Mary Roeser donated North American Fox Hunting Calendars to the club.

The fun AUCTION: John Mondus and Tom Levandoski were the club auctioneers and they did a wonderful job entertaining and bringing in a lot of money for the club. Thanks to all the club members that participated in selling their items.
