The moment has finally arrived!! Beauty had her foal last evening around 5:00. I am sending photos as promised with more to come. Her name is Madura Hermosa in honor of my black mare, Madura and her own mother, Ole Hermosa La Nina. It translates to "I mature beautiful". She is 1/2 Peruvian and 1/2 Andalusian. Her daddy is a beautiful bay Andalusian stallion from California named Justiciero and owned by Windy Hamilton of Paradise Mountain Ranch. The vet was out today and everything checks out. She is very healthy, strong and quiet. Mom is extremely protective as she should be. Have a great day!! I know I am!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am proud to announce the long awaited birth of Luchador Del Norte. Born June 20th around 2 in the afternoon. Ena did a great job, as she is a first time mom at the age of 8. The stallion Oro is owned by Julio Soto.

The photo with mom is at 14 hours old. The other 2 were taken June 24.
